The California Department of Social Services (CDSS) is pleased to announce its new partnership with HORNE as the third-party administrator of the Community Care Expansion (CCE) Program.
The CCE Program provides funding to preserve and expand adult and senior care facilities that serve SSI/SSP and CAPI applicants and recipients, including those who are experiencing or at risk of homelessness.
HORNE is a professional services firm that works with clients to help them design and operationalize complex, large-scale, and equity-focused systems change. The team has led some of the largest housing programs focused on supporting vulnerable populations in recent California history.
This transition is part of the ongoing mission to expand the state’s housing and care continuum, improve housing stability, and prevent the cycle of homelessness or unnecessary institutionalization.
